A study guide for the Language Arts Classroom with a selected terms glossary, printable and projectable discussion questions for two classic short stories, and brief instructional examples of applying literary terms to the stories.
I use this material for my college freshmen students at the outset of a literary analysis unit as a way to introduce some basic terms and concepts of literary studies. This resource is also useful for high school teachers, tutors and home-school instructors and can be used as the basis for student-led work outside the classroom.
